Once the oil or gas is separated from water and other contaminants, it must be transported and then refined into marketable fuel. Speciality chemicals in this portion of the chain are referred to as process and refining specialities. These include pipeline transport chemicals, desalting agents, refining corrosion inhibitors, antifoulants and scavengers.

Refinery service companies responsible for desalting the incoming crude and corrosion protection in the oil units can look to introduce our concentrates into their line. Our 100% oil-soluble H2S scavenger can be used to pretreat the crude if trace amounts of H2S are still present. Our anti-foulant and dispersant products range from low to medium-high temperature stability. Ideal for mitigating process upsets, our anti-foam and defoamer concentrates can be purchased in concentrated or diluted form.
